Core responsibilities will include:
· Administration of finance functions (system used Zoho) including the organisation of project reviews, timesheet reporting for clients and managing the invoicing and purchase order process for Movement Consulting, Movement Analytics and Movement Insights.
· Administrative support to Director of Consulting and Associate Directors including but not limited to travel and diary coordination, expenses, document and report preparation.
· Supporting collateral creation, mainly proposals and reports; responsible for copy writing/checking.
· Managing the company social medial (Twitter and LinkedIn).
· Responsible for management of office including but not limited to supplies, contracts, key contact for landlord, filing and archiving.
· Interfacing with clients, vendors, building management and employees.
· Continuous auditing of compliance with the organisation’s information security policies
