An Administrator with a finance background is required for a specialist data analytics and consultancy business operating worldwide from offices in Farringdon, Central London. 

Movement Strategies has been the world’s leading independent people movement and crowd planning consultancy over the last 10 years with clients as diverse as the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games, Glasgow Commonwealth Games, All England Lawn Tennis Club, Wembley Stadium, the Glastonbury Festival, Network Rail, and Historic Royal Palaces. With more than 30 staff in London and continued growth of over 40% each year – there is a need for a permanent Assistant Accountant/Finance Administrator, reporting to the Financial Accountant and ultimately the Financial Director. Dependent on skills and experience salary range will be pro-rata of £25,000-£27,000 FTE.

The role will cover many aspects of finance and business support, and some administrative support to other members of the team.

The team is, friendly, international, supportive and enthusiastic and while it is fast-paced the environment is both relaxed and very flexible. 

Start date – April 2018.

Job requirements

  • Purchase ledger, bank and cash, staff expenses and credit card analyses.
  • Timesheets, project records and chargeable time reporting.
  • Assist project managers with client invoicing, direct project purchases and project coordination.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, for contact management and other business systems from time to time.
