We analyse the movement of people on high streets, in shopping centres (including specific stores), in mixed-use developments and at transport hubs, to capture relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). We combine relevant data sets to produce actionable insights, tailored to our client’s requirements.



We capture data through using cameras and advanced visual analytics tools, we identify footfall at key locations. When fused with Wi-Fi network data, patterns of movement can be derived.

Via our exclusive arrangement with Telefonica, we use cellular data to analyse the demographic mix of retail customers. We capture age, gender, home and work location, affluence and online behaviour data, as well as the time, duration and frequency of visits.

We also assess the addressable market, as defined by our clients, which may include competitor analysis.
