Carlota is an Advisor but hasworked as a Detective Constable for the Metropolitan Police as well as anassociate for the Equality and Human Rights Commission. She also has a Master'sin International Security and Terrorism.
Her experience includes research;data analysis and the creation and delivery of a training programmes; as wellas monitoring and evaluation.
She also has vast experience ininterview techniques both from research and policing perspectives.
She has project delivery experience regarding dynamic modelling using Pathfinder, a 3D microsimulation tool, as well as static modelling using Excel. She was worked on a variety of projects within the Security and Confidential field as well as the Sports sector.
