The National Army Museum has reopened its doors to the public this month after a two year redevelopment programme.

The museum is a leading repository of information on the British Army and its exhibits reveal the British Army’s impact on society, past and present.

We were engaged as specialist people movement advisors to inform the extensive redesign process which aims to deliver a significantly enhanced visitor experience, to create a world-class visitor attraction and educational facility.

Our work led to the optimisation of the building design, to enhance the visitor comfort and capacity, and provided guiding principles informing the Museum’s operational management concept.

“It’s great to see the doors of the National Army Museum reopen, now that the ambitious redevelopment scheme has been delivered and we’re pleased to have contributed to the delivery of an enhanced visitor experience”.
