DIT wants to ensure that the pavilion provides an outstanding experience for the visiting public and VIPs, thereby enhancing the international reputation of the UK.
The UK Pavilion at Expo 2017 will run over a course of 3 months (from 10 June to 10 September) with the theme of ‘Future Energy’, highlighting issues such as reducing CO2 emissions, living energy-efficiency and ensuring energy for all.
More than 100 countries participate in the Expo, providing a global platform to promote the UK’s innovation.
A people movement study was conducted prior to the opening of the Pavilion, looking at the throughput of visitors around the Pavilion. Our findings from the study highlighted issues and opportunities where we were able to provide recommendations for an enjoyable and safe visitor experience.
